One of my favorite sites on the web for learning is W3 Schools. They offer a ton of web building tutorials! Not only do I use this site as a reference, but I also use it to learn new web programming techniques and languages. They have the most up to date information out there on everything from simple HTML to Server Side Scripting and even Flash! I am so impressed by the thoroughness of the tutorials on this site.
